• How can I track my package?

  To track your package, enter the tracking number in the search field on our tracking page. You can find this number in your shipping confirmation ticket.

• When will my package tracking information be available?

  Tracking information will be available once your package has been registered in the system and is in transit. This usually happens within 24 hours of order creation.

• My package is delayed, what should I do?

  Delays may occur due to weather conditions, high demand, or logistical issues. We recommend waiting an additional 24-48 hours. If the status does not change, contact us for more information.

• Why is my tracking number not working?

  Make sure to enter the tracking number correctly in the proper format, ensuring it has a minimum length of 6 characters and does not include special characters such as slashes (/), commas (,), spaces ( ), or semicolons (;). If your tracking number does not work, contact the customer service team directly for personalized assistance.

• My package shows 'Delivered', but I haven't received it. What should I do?

  First, make sure someone else in your home received it or it was left in a secure area. If you can't find it, contact us immediately with your tracking number to initiate a investigation.
